The Campus, sprawling over 100 acres, is located in the verdant atmosphere of Vishnupur in Bhimavaram. It is in the very vicinity of the town and is well connected by road. 27/7 goes into the annals of VISHNU as the day that marks the inaugural of the English Club, the English Empyrean, the first ever club to be established in the campus. The English Empyrean is a concrete realization of the zeal, enthusiasm and flair for English among the student fraternity.  The entire program was organized by the students with the help of the Department of English.  The appellation the English Empyrean is given by the students themselves and so are the names of the constituent clubs, Ad lib which is the speaking club, Lexicozion marks the vocabulary club and the Dexters’hub, the centre for creativity.

The inaugural began with an inspiring song suggesting the theme of the club, followed by the blessings, wishes and advice of the Principal Dr. D. Suryanarayana and the HOD of Basuc Sciencew Dr. D. G. K Raju. Dr. V. Rama Devi, who coordinated the event gave the profile of the club. Ninny of III ECE presented  the motto and the plans of the club.

The event of the day was Crystal Clear Reading and the winners were Sai Ram Teja of II CSE, P. Pranathi of II ECE and P. Rehana Bhadrika of III IT. The program ended with a vote of thanks.

The program spilled over to the next hour or so with the participants and organizers having a ball of a time spontaneously reciting poems, translations and singing songs and above all planning for the forthcoming session. The event was simply superb.
