Overall: I’ve completed my 1st semester in B.Tech CSE at CGC University, Mohali and my experience so far has been good. Teachers are supportive and friendly. Most of them explain concepts nicely and help whenever we ask doubts. As a CSE student, I liked that we are introduced to practical learning from the beginning, not just theory. The campus is nice and well maintained. Classrooms and labs are decent, and the overall environment is positive. There are events and activities which make college life less boring. Being a first-year student, I feel the university gives good exposure and also starts talking about skills and placements early, which is motivating. Overall, CGC University is a decent option for B.Tech CSE if you are willing to put in your own effort and make use of the opportunities.
