CLAT 2024, a national-level law entrance exam, facilitates admission to three-year or five-year LLB courses across Indian colleges. Administered by the CLAT Consortium, the exam opens doors to premier National Law Universities or NLUs and other government and private institutions in the country.

The Consortium of National Law Universities popularly known as the CLAT Consortium is the official exam conducting body for a total of 24 National Law Universities is situated in India. These universities altogether offer a total of 4484 seats for different law specialisations.

Top Universities offering LLB through Distance Mode: For the past few decades, it has been noticed that Correspondence LL.B or Distance LL.B courses have become extremely popular among law aspirants. The LLB courses offered through distance or correspondence mode have allowed aspirants to avoid classroom programmes and complete their law courses at home at their preferred time. Students aspiring to study law through correspondence must be aware of the top universities offering LLB through distance mode. An LLB degree is a highly sought-after course for aspirants who want to start their career in legal service. The distance LLB mode helps working professionals, students, housewives, etc. who do not want to sacrifice their careers or studies but want to study law. The CLAT 2025 exam is expected to be conducted in December 2024 and the registration process is expected to begin soon in July 2024.

TS LAWCET Registration 2024 Last Date Extended: The Osmania University, Hyderabad has extended the last date of the TS LAWCET 2024 registration up to April 25, 2024 (without a late fee). Candidates yet to apply for the TS LAWCET 2024 exam, should visit the official website- lawcet.tsche.ac.in and submit the application form on or before the last date. Candidates, who fail to fill out the TS LAWCET application form 2024 by the scheduled date, will be eligible to submit it by May 25, 2024, with a late fee of Rs 4000. Post that, the candidates will not be allowed to submit the application form under any circumstances. Also, the authority will issue the TS LAWCET hall ticket 2024 only for the successfully registered candidates. This year, the TS LAWCET exam will be conducted on June 3, 2024.
