MAH 3-Year LLB CET Result Expected Release Date 2024: The State CET Cell, Maharashtra has not yet declared the official date of releasing the MAH 3 Year LLB CET result date 2024 for the exam conducted on March 12 and 13, 2024. Considering the previous year’s trends, it can be assumed that the MAH 3-Year LLB CET 2024 result will be available on the official website tentatively by the last week of March 2024. The authority will publish the MAH 3-Year LLB CET 2024 result on the official website- cetcell.mahacet.org. After downloading the result, the candidates will find the details like their merit ranks and qualifying status in the exam. Note, that the candidates who will be qualified for the MAH 3-Year LLB CET 2024 exam, will be called for the counselling process.

CUET 2024 Legal Studies syllabus has been released by the National Test Agency (NTA). The CUET 2024 Legal Studies exam will include questions from the NCERT class 12 syllabus. The CUET Legal Studies syllabus 2024 consists of topics like Judiciary, Law of Property, Law of Contracts, Law of Torts, Introduction to Criminal Laws in India, Structure and Hierarchy of Courts and Legal Offices in India, Appointments, Training, Retirement and Removal of judges, Courts and Judicial Review, Arbitration, Tribunal Adjunction, and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Constitutional framework and Related laws in India etc.

Hello Swati,

Haldia Law College offers a three year long LLB programme, admission to which is given based on the merit of the last qualifying examination and the marks obtained in a written test conducted by the college itself. Therefore, there is a set written test that has to be taken for admission. Along with this, you will also have to meet the eligibility criteria set by Haldia Law College for the LLB programme. You must be a graduate (10+2+3 pattern) from any discipline with 45% marks in the aggregate. If you are SC/ ST or OBC category, the percentage required for Haldia Law College admission is 40% and 42% respectively. The course duration is three years, that is six semesters.

Haldia Law College courses include a five-year BA LLB programme. This programme is offered in affliation with Vidyasagar University. So, the university designs and updates the syllabus and curriculum for BA LLB at Haldia Law College as per its regulations. The updated BA LLB syllabus has not been released yet. You may keep an eye on our page for the latest updates.

Dear student, Haldia Law College offers hostel accommodation separately for both male and female students. The hostel is provided by ICARE which is one of the parent bodies of the Haldia Law College. The hostel has rooms with cots, mattresses, reading tables and chairs. The Haldia Law College hostel fee is Rs 12,500 per year.
