Lambton College is a public college for Applied Arts and Technology education located in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada. It was founded in 1967 and since the day of its inception, Lambton College has worked in partnership with various innovators and the community to provide training and education to students and help them acquire skills to meet the needs of industries and companies. The Lambton College Foundation was founded in 1994 which is a strong community of staff, Board of Directors that supports Lambton College in achieving the mission of students and the college. Lambton College efforts have also led to the college guarding its spot among the top research colleges in Canada, where Lambton College ranked 1st in Ontario and 2nd overall in Canada under the Top 50 Research Colleges in Canada. The College also boasts of being the top research college for the past 5 years, always landing a spot in the top three.

Infrastructure, Campus & Courses

The main campus of Lambton College is located in Sarnia, Ontario. The on-campus South Building is the main building of the university where most offices and classrooms are located. The campus also houses the Suncor Sustainability Centre, the Sustainable Smart Home, the Lambton College Residence and Event Centre, the Skilled Trades Training Centre and the North Building. The other campuses of La Lambton College are located in Mississauga and Toronto for international students who wish to study at these locations. Lambton College offers more than 90 undergraduate and graduate programs in different areas of study such as Business, Creative Design, Health Sciences, Online Education, Technology and Trades, Fire Sciences, Corporate Training among many more. The courses at Lambton College are available in both full time and part-time format for both Canadian and international students.

Over the span of its operations, Lambton College has been able to achieve many of its goals and recognition in its effort of becoming one of the top tier higher education institutions in Canada. Among its recognitions and efforts, the Centre of Excellence in Energy and Bio-Industrial Technologies of Lambton College has been recognised for its immense contribution to the economic development of Ontario.  In the coming years, Lambton is likely to be a leader in innovation, applied research, development for process industries and education in Canada. The research work is carried in high-quality labs and facilities under the guidance of an exceptional research team. The Lambton College Alumni Association is a community established to form a close connection with the alma mater of the college. Over 34,000 graduate students of Lambton College are a part of the alumni community, connected to share experiences, be part of the training and education programmes and benefit from the services available for them. Some of the services include access to career services, mentorship programmes, awards ceremonies and events, apply for insurance with a partner service provider etc.
