JEE Main Percentile Score 2024 Session 2: NTA releases the results of JEE Main 2024 in the form of percentile scores where the marks scored by candidates (out of 300) are scaled to the 100 percentile. The percentile score of JEE Mains is prepared based on the marks scored by candidates (out of 300). As the exam happens in multiple shifts, NTA implements a normalisation policy and differentiates raw score vs highest score vs least score in the respective shift based on which the percentile score (out of 100) is calculated. Percentile vs Rank for 50 Marks in JEE Main 2024: A percentile of 69 to 69.8 can be expected at a score of 50 raw marks. For all categories except the ST category, it is a low score. At 50 marks, only SC/ST candidates will be eligible to appear for NIT counselling while Open, EWS, and OBC candidates will not be eligible. However, as the rank at 50 marks is likely to be between AIR 3,63,000 to 3,67,000, admission for both the eligible categories will be tough.
