Ashoka University Fees Structure & Courses List 2024-25

The Ashoka University fees range from Rs 5,64,000 to Rs 9,74,000 per annum. Ashoka University fees for the programmes offered in the fields of humanities and science vary on the basis of the degree level. The courses are provided at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. There are a total of two UG degrees namely BA and B.Sc, three PG courses such as MA, M.Sc and MLS, and a PhD programme offered at Ashoka University. The PhD programme is offered in 10 specialisations. These include science and humanities streams. The Ashoka University fees for PhD is Rs 12,500 per semester (tuition), along with a dissertation assessment fee of Rs 15,000 (1st time) and Rs 5,000 (2nd/3rd time) is required. Ashoka University hostel fees vary for UG, PG and PhD students. The hostel accommodation is provided on campus. Male and female students have separate hostels with well-furnished rooms and all the necessary facilities. The Ashoka University hostel fees range from Rs 1,81,000 to Rs 1,91,000 on an annual basis. For PhD students, on-campus housing is provided to TAs and RAs funded by the university. For non-availability, a rent allowance is provided to compensate the off-campus Ashoka University hostel fee. The entrance exams accepted at Ashoka University include an aptitude test conducted by the university itself for admission to the undergraduate programmes. The Ashoka University courses list includes BA and B.Sc degrees. The test is called the Ashoka Aptitude Test (AAT). It is computer-based and conducted online for Ashoka University courses. Candidates who have taken SAT or ACT exams have to appear for the AAT as well, and after considering the higher score obtained, admission will be granted to the Ashoka University courses at the UG level.
