The Brilliant Grammar School Educational Society's Group of Institutions courses are offered to interested candidates at the diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate levels. There are a total of 30 courses offered at the institute in the stream of technology, engineering and pharmacy. The institute offers these courses in the regular, offline mode. The BGSESGI offers UG programmes for a span of four years (three years for lateral entry B.Tech courses), while PG courses last for two years. For admission to B.Tech and B.Pharma courses, candidates must have completed class 12 or an equivalent exam from a recognised board with a minimum of 45% marks in the science stream. To be eligible for admission to the B.Tech courses, they must also appear and qualify in the TS EAMCET entrance exam.

Candidates must hold a BE/B.Tech degree with a minimum of 50% marks in the relevant stream from a recognised university to be eligible for admission to M.Tech & M.Pharma courses at BGSESGI. To qualify for these PG courses, candidates must also pass the GPAT/TS PGECET entrance exam. For each of the available course specialisations, the annual Brilliant Grammar School Educational Society's Group of Institutions fees varies from Rs 15,500 to Rs 1.1 Lakhs.
