Since you have completed Class 12, you can apply for certificate and diploma courses  offered by CFTI Agra. A few of the certificate and diploma courses are Post Diploma in Footwear Technology, Diploma in Footwear Manufacture and Design, Certificate Course in Footwear Design and Production etc.
