English proficiency: 6.0 Academic IELTS with no band score below 5.5.
Entry requirements: Satisfactory completion of Australian Year 12 or equivalent interstate/overseas secondary education is required. Applicants must be 18 years of age when the course commences.
All direct entry Stage 3 students must undertake the Le Cordon Bleu Bridging course, a one-week programme offered immediately before each semester.
M.T.M. (Master of Tourism Management)

Duration: Students can complete their studies in 2-3 years (two units per session) or 4-5 years (one unit per session).
Time requirements: 15 hours per unit per week, Students should anticipate a commitment of no less than 15 hours per unit per week. A student studying two units can expect to study no less than 30 hours per week. Students planning to undertake this programme need to allow extra time initially to familiarise themselves with the study portal, learning resources, professional referencing and writing at postgraduate level.
In 2016 the cost is AUD$2,750 per unit or AUD$33,000 for the full Le Cordon Bleu Master of Gastronomic Tourism (12 units). Australian citizens may be eligible for FEE-Help.
Australian citizens will also need to pay a Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF). Please see the Student Services and Amenities Fee webpage published by the Department of Industry, Innovation, Science, Research and Tertiary Education for more detail.
Students should also allocate funds for the cost of required textbooks. For each unit the Unit Assessor will determine a required text book. Students must access the required text book in some way.
