LPU BPT admission 2023 is open now. Admission to BPT at LPU will be done through the LPUNEST entrance examination followed by a counselling process. The last date to submit the LPUNEST 2023 application form is January 20, 2023. BPT is a Bachelor of Physiotherapy program and approved by IAP (Indian Association Physiotherapist). The duration of the program is 4.5 years that is 9 semesters. LPU BPT course includes International Exposure options. Students can visit USA/European countries for 4 weeks. The total number of seats available for this program is 90. The 4.5-years BPT program curriculum offers mainly more than 25 types of courses. This includes Clinical Education, Human Anatomy, Human Physiology, Medical Terminology, and more. LPU BPT subjects provide opportunities for independent studies and project courses during the final semester. LPU BPT Eligibility Criteria Candidates are required to pass 10+2 in English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or equivalent subjects with an aggregate of 60% to qualify for LPUNEST. LPU University conducts the placement drive every year. For BPT The placemats opportunities are not as good as other courses, and students still get placed in some of the reputed hospitals. This year around 75 percent of the students got the placement. The B.P.T students have got the highest package of 42 Lakhs. But this time due to the pandemic they got the average package that is 2 to 3 Lakhs. The Health Insurance companies, Rehabilitation centers, Hospitals, and Home Visits, and Nursing homes visit this campus for BPT. Maximum roles offered by the companies were Physical therapists, Interns, Sports Physiotherapy and Critical Caregivers. The top recruiters were Aims, Fortis, Sarvodaya, Apex hospital, Government Hospital, Dhingra Hospital, LPU OPD, Jalandhar OPD, Phagwara OPD, and LPU Facilities.

Not only these, the students are trained on various software and technologies which make employability easier, the soft skill training, professional etiquette, mannerisms, ethics and values are inculcated into students for overall development. Some of the benefits that will be provided for pursuing the Pharmacy in LPU are: Full term dissertation course helps develop research aptitude in the areas of community health services and emerging pharmaceutical industry needs. The curriculum of this course lays strong emphasis on in-depth knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of ayurvedic pharmacy resulting in the Knowledge Enhancement. There are more number of workshops being conducted on Drug Regulatory Affairs (DRA), Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Computer Aided Drug Designing (CADD), validation and instrumentation's helps develop research skills in students. In addition to core curricula, course offers subjects like communication, analytical and soft skills to enhance personality and employability. Visits to near by pharmaceutical industries and research institutions as well as guest lectures from industry personnel are an integral part of the curriculum and develop research aptitude in students. The placement drives at LPU are highly efficient and successful, and I am saying this because one of my friend has done B.Pharma from LPU only and right now she is working with Dr. Lal Path Labs, LPU has tie-ups with renowned companies from different industries. If we talk specifically of B.Pharma the placement scenario of B.Pharma is getting better year by year. About 60-70 per cent students get placed every year with decent packages. A lot of companies come to LPU for placement, many of which are open to students of all streams. Companies like SmurAgro, Dr. Lal Path Labs, Capgemini, Google, etc. Come to the campus for recruitment of students. Most importantly, LPU makes students capable of getting placed in the best companies of different sectors. It helps them in developing their communication skills, aptitude skills, and the overall personality.
