Dear Student, MRK Institute of Technology (MRK IT) offers admission to undergraduate engineering courses through the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) counseling process. The TNEA is a state-level entrance exam for admission to engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu. The cutoff for admission to MRK IT through TNEA varies depending on the branch and the category of the candidate. The cutoff for the 2023 academic year is as follows: CSE: 199 for the general category and 189 for the reserved category. ECE: 197 for the general category and 187 for the reserved category. EEE: 195 for the general category and 185 for the reserved category. Mechanical: 193 for the general category and 183 for the reserved category. MRK IT follows the reservation policy of the Government of Tamil Nadu for admission to undergraduate engineering courses.
