Patna Law College hostel provides accommodation for both boys and girls. The boys' hostel has 52 single-seated rooms in the old hostel and 22 four-seated rooms in the New Hostel, while the college has three girls' hostels. 

The hostel offers various facilities such as medical services, purified drinking water, a mess, an entertainment room, peons, and night guards. The university also has a health centre that offers free outdoor consultation, medicines, and pathological investigations.
