M. Arch.	Rs 1.12 lakh	Candidates must complete a course with a grade of 65% or above, take the GATE exam, meet the college's cutoff, and sit for counselling with SPAV as a preference in order to enrol in this course.
M. Plan.	Rs 1.12 lakh	To enrol in this course, one must have graduated from a course with 65% or more points, undertaken the GATE exam, and qualified for the college's cutoff, as well as appeared in counselling with SPAV as a preference.
Ph.D. in Architecture	-	A postgraduate degree from a recognised university is required for the candidate.
Ph.D. in Planning	-	The candidate must hold a postgraduate degree from a recognised university.
