• Minimum 78% in the last 2 years of full-time study of  four year honours (or equivalent) Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited university is required 

• Students with a similar degree from another discipline may be admitted on a case by case basis, with approval from the Associate Chair (Graduate Research Programs)

• Applicants not having honour's degree in Computer science, must have the equivalent of -

  • Four-year Honours degree (or equivalent) with very high standing from an accredited university, college or institute

  • Computer Science 2212 (Introduction to Software Engineering), Computer Science 3340 (Analysis of Algorithms I), plus two additional Computer Science courses at the third-year or fourth-year level
