ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION INTO B.Sc. (NURSING) COURSE
Educational Qualification :
A candidate should have passed 2 Years Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology as optional, which shall include a practical test in each subject and English with minimum of 45% aggregate marks in optional subjects and English in case of SC, ST candidates 5% relaxation. (i.e. 40%).
Any other equivalent examination (10+2 pattern) recognized by the University in A.P. or Board of Intermediate Education Andhra Pradesh with Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology as optionals subjects, which shall include a practical test in each of these subjects and English with minimum of 45% aggregate marks in optional and English in case of SC, ST candidates 5% relaxation (i.e., 40%).
Should have Passed Intermediate Vocational Course in Nursing (10+2) pattern / Intermediate Vocational Course in Multi Purpose Health Worker (MPHW) (10+2) pattern.
Intermediate (10+2) with Bridge course with Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology.
A candidate should have completed 17 years and should not be more than 35 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission. In case of SC / ST candidates the maximum age shall be relaxed by 3 years.
