DSHM placements 2023 are over now with impressive results. DSHM Kalyani offers placements for programmes such as B.Sc, M.Sc, and Diploma. DSHM Kalyani placement cell keeps in continuous touch with the recruiters to stay updated about every recruitment opportunity and assist students in getting the best possible placements. DSHM does its overseas placements directly through Dolphin International Placement Solutions (DIPS). This is a unique facility made possible because DSHM has its own Manpower Supply Licence.

During the DSHM placements 2023, over 100 companies visited the campus. DSHM Kalyani has been successful in placing every student every year. DSHM offers both national and international placements, and the maximum package offered for national placements was Rs 25,000 per month, while the minimum package offered was Rs 13,000 per month. The average package for national placements was Rs 15,000-18,000 per month. For DSHM international placements, the maximum package offered was Rs 38,000-40,000 per month, while the minimum package offered was Rs 25,000 per month. The average package for international placements was Rs 24,000-38,000 per month

1. They keep a positive relationship with all the recruiters.
2. They manage and keep in touch with college alumni.
3. The T&P cell at DSHM Kalyani organises and manages the student training programmes.
4. They also maintain a log book of students' training, which helps them get recognised by the recruiters.
5. DSHM Kalyani placement cell organises a six-month compulsory ‘Industrial Training’ programme for all the students. During the training, students receive stipends.
6. T&P Cell also organises on and off-campus recruitment drives.
