GATE COAP 2025 registration is open for admission to MTech courses. The last date for GATE COAP 2025 registration is May 15, 2025. Candidates with valid GATE Scores in 2023,2024 or 2025 can register online on the official GATE COAP portal (gate.iisc.ac.in/coap2025/). Acceptance of GATE COAP 2025 Round 01 admission offers done from May 17 to May 20, 2025.
IIT JAM 2025 Result for admission to the M.Sc program will be announced on May 18, 2025. Candidates can check their results on the official portal of JAM at jam2025.iitd.ac.in. IIT JAM 2025 First Admission List will be declared on May 26, 2025.

About IIT Kanpur
The IIT Kanpur campus is one of India's biggest campuses. The campus's entire size is 1055 acres. The BTech programme is the flagship course. The IIT Kanpur placement drive for 2022 has observed the participation of more recruiters visiting the campus. The number of placement offers has increased compared to the last year. In 2021, 821 offers were made on phase one of the IIT Kanpur placements this year it increased significantly with 1,300 offers. Even the highest domestic salary package saw a significant rise of approximately 46.34% in comparison to 2021. Quant-Box on the 2021 placement at IIT Kanpur gave a package of Rs 82 LPA and Rs 80 LPA, which were the highest salary offered that year. This year the highest salary rose to Rs 1.2 CPA. Students were provided excellent domestic placement offers from Apple, Google, Microsoft, and Cohesity, with Apple and Cohesity offering a package of Rs 60 LPA. The Indian Institute of Technology Kanpuris a 420-hectare campus on the Grand Trunk Road, 15 kilometres (9.3 miles) west of Kanpur City (1,000 acres). Merit Cum Means Scholarship
It's a merit-based scholarship with a financial requirement. Students receive complete tuition remission and a monthly pocket allowance of Rs 1,000 for the duration of the program. Beneficiaries must maintain a CPI of 6.5 or higher. If the CPI rises above 6.5, the pocket allowance is eliminated (but remains above 6.0). A student only needs to submit a copy of their parent's income tax return to be considered for the prize. This prize is available to students from other than the category (SC/ST) who have a parent's annual income of fewer than 4.5 lakhs.
Inspire Scholarship
The Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur receives an annual stipend of Rs 30,000 per semester (Rs 60,000 annually) and a Rs 20,000 research grant. This reward is open to students in the Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics departments who have an AIR of 10,000 or higher on the standard merit list. It is a merit-based award, and recipients must have a CPI of at least 6.0 to qualify. Students must submit an undertaking to the SSPC each semester to be eligible for any other scholarship.

Entrance exam ke baad IIT Kanpur ki M.Des ki fees kam nahi hogi. However, institute aapko scholarship de sakta hai agar aap eligible hain uske liye to. IIT Kanpur se Master of Design course karne ke liye aapko CEED ya GATE exam dena hoga and bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science (4-year programme) or Design or Architecture bhi hona chhaiye. In case aap B Tech graduate hain from IITs with a minimum overall CPI of 6.5 and a minimum CPI of 8.0 in the last two years in B Tech, to aapko GATE/CEED dene ki koi zaroorat ahi hai.
