The Institute of Advance Education and Research (IAER) follows a transparent, student-friendly admission process for the 2026 academic session. Most undergraduate and certificate programs are open to candidates from any stream who have completed 10+2, ensuring broad accessibility. Postgraduate admission to the MBA program requires graduation in any discipline, while the Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology has a specific science eligibility requirement with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

The admission process begins with an online application, followed by document upload and payment of a non-refundable application fee of INR 500, applicable to all categories. Candidates then participate in counselling and interviews, either online or through campus visits. After evaluation, selected applicants receive an offer letter via email and confirm their admission by paying the required fees. Admissions open on 1 December 2025 and close on 31 May 2026, with counselling conducted from January to June and the academic session commencing in July 2026.

Most courses are open to students from any stream with a minimum qualification of 10+2, making admissions flexible and accessible. Specialized eligibility applies only to the MBA, which requires graduation, and the DMLT program, which requires a science background.
