Overall: I always craved to do something in the field of teaching. But I was confused as nobody was there to guide me in the right direction. I was completely muddled. But, now I am working as a science teacher in my village. I am Sachin Talwar and I owe my success to Jagannath University. It is undoubtedly one of the best universities in Haryana in terms of placement, faculty members, infrastructure, facilities, etc. They have molded my career in the right direction and I am really thankful to all my mentors who have worked hard. The day I enrolled in their two years Bachelor's Degree Program (B.Ed.), I knew I was on the right path. After competing for my graduation, I pursued my Master's Degree Program (M.Ed.) from the same university. The department of education imbibes traditional and cultural values with modern technology in the student. The programs are based on NCTE and UGC guidelines and norms and thus I was able to work with different schools. The faculty member’s in-depth knowledge of the theory and practice of schooling functioning has helped me teach my students in a very different pattern. The parents of my students are thankful and there is a growth in the number of students in our school. During the course, the faculty also focused on the holistic personality development of the students. Jagannath University is well equipped with an ICT resource center, science lab, art and craft lab, health and yoga club, etc. to instill knowledge in the aspirants. I would like to recommend all the aspirants who want to become a teacher to enroll in Jagannath University’s B.Ed. or M.Ed. program. As teachers play a pivotal role, the faculty at the university ensures that the aspirants are equipped with the best qualities and skills.
