You can get admission under AIQ if you wish to get admission in another state. 

NEET UG 2020 counselling will most likely take place in August, and the candidates who have cleared the NEET-UG 2020 exam as per the cutoff specified by NTA are eligible to participate in the counselling process. NTA does not conduct the NEET UG counselling, and it is the responsibility of the MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) to conduct the NEET UG 2020 counselling. MCC releases an official notification and dates for NEET-UG 2020 counselling, and the candidates can register for the NEET counselling through the official website of MCC. NEET UG 2020 counselling is divided into AIQ counselling and state-level counselling.
