At MITT, learning extends beyond the classroom. Through our co-operative education program (co-op), students gain valuable workplace essential skills in positions related to their fields of study. Co-op is collaborative - students, employers and the institute all play a part. College also offer a Work Experience Program option. All MITT students are encouraged to meet with college career services staff, or participate in a group workshop for help with job search, resume, and interview skills. Students: You'll graduate with great skills and relevant work experience, contacts in your field, extra cash and a better chance of career success right after graduation. Resume and cover letter resources, job search strategies, and interview preparation. Career Services staff and resources are available at both the Henlow and Pembina campus locations. 1-on-1 appointments are available upon request, in addition to lunch-time and after-class workshops throughout the year.
