You can download the application form that comes attached with the information Brochure-Cum-Prospectus the college’s official site. The downloaded Application Form shall accompany the A/C Payee Demand Draft amounting to Rs. 1000/- during submission of the application. Please ensure that the Demand Draft bears Code Number of issuing bank. The candidate must write his/her name clearly on the back of the Demand Draft. The dully filled in Application and Admit Card Forms along with the documents to be enclosed should reach the Office of the Principal, TIPS (Nursing), Tripura Institute Of Paramedical Sciences, Hapania, Tripura (West), 799014 or D.S.
