Placement Procedure

One of the main responsibilities of the Placement & Training(P&T) Centre is to motivate and prepare students for successful performance at interviews and subsequent interaction with employers.The students have formal and informal discussions regularly with the P&T staff regarding their future plans.They are trained to prepare effective resume and are advised to follow decorum and developing communication skills.

Arranging interviews (on and off campus ) to the students is the core business of the P&T Centre and to achieve this objective, the P&T Centre is constantly in touch with prospective employers to ensure that they seriously consider Annai Mathammal Sheela Engineering College students through the P&T Centre.

Many reputed companies (listed below) regularly visit our campus and recruit the students. Our alumini who work in these organizations do contribute their mite to the success of our efforts. The placement’s initial objectives and performance indicators for evaluating the achievement of each objective were as follows:
