The student organisers and placement committee receive an email with information about the job opening. The placement cell then makes every effort to learn as much as it can regarding the job profile. Students from the IITM Group of Institutions website are required to register their interest after reading the job profile using the provided link.

Only students who sign up for that specific job profile are given consideration for the position, and the employer receives their names and CVs. The student is responsible for keeping the placement cell informed of any changes to their CV beforehand.
