Placement Procedure

The IPS Academy has an independent wing for training and placement related activities. The cell is devoted to deliver placements through the help of mock written tests, mock interviews, group discussions, case studies, workshops, Internships, etc. The central placement cell is well equipped with all audio visual facilities for power point presentations with furnished infrastructure to conduct written test, group discussion and interviews. The cell also coordinates various activities related to the career of the students along with the industrial training.

T & P Activities

The Institute’s CMG provides a launch pad for students to make it to the best organizations in their respective fields. The biggest names in the corporate world visit the campus on a regular basis, with enviable compensation offers. Our students have lived up to the expectations of organizations that visit the campus, looking for bright candidates to take up important and challenging responsibilities at their workplace. The CMG boasts of maintaining an excellent rapport with a wide spectrum of companies spread across various industry sectors.

IPS Academy has an independent Placement Cell devoted to cater to the needs of organizations & students. The Cell is assisted by various department Faculty coordinators & Student representatives who lead a team from various courses of study.

The Central Placement cell is well equipped with all audio visual facilities for PowerPoint Presentations with furnished infrastructure to conduct written test, group discussion and interviews. It plays a very important and key role in counseling and guiding the students of the academy from varied disciplines for their Successful Career Placement which is a crucial interface between the stages of completion of academic program of the students and their entry into a suitable employment. This Cell also coordinates various activities related to the career of the students along with the industrial training.

The placement cell also attempts to keep the students informed about potential job opportunities and guidance from time to time. Many reputed national and multinational companies visit IPSA- CPC for campus recruitment annually. Over 90% of the students secure job offers before they complete their studies and leave their Alma Mater.

The cell organizes campus interviews for final and pre final year students and also arranges placement, Project work, Industrial training, and Industrial visits for the students.
