Placement cell is constantly working towards the ultimate goal of the students' employment in the corporate. The cell organizes activities, workshop & Interaction program that enable students to be team leader or team player.
The students of ITERC participate in mock interview, Group Discussion and personality development program so that they can focus on their confidence-building, communication skills, and leadership qualities for the corporate world.
The placement cell achieves these through providing multiple opportunities to students to express themselves and present in a group. The members of the cell inform student’s constructive feedback and monitor the growth and development of each student so that consequently, the students are capable of taking an initiative in any situation.
In addition, the placement cell also organizes industrial visits for the students. All these activities enhanced the professional abilities of students and enable them to acquire jobs with best employers in the corporate world. Through these activities students gain the industry exposure and practical knowledge.
Further the cell is consistently working to build up the relation with the corporate, and invites them to ITERC for conducting campus interviews to ensure that students are recruited successfully.
ITERC has a fully organized & well equipped training cell. The primary activities of the training cell are organizing summer training and providing a final placement for students after completing the respective program.
Training cell organizes 6 to 8 weeks training for student at the end of semester in post graduate programme, by placing summer training letter to various corporate & after confirmation of training, student complete their training and submit their report about what they have done.
The Training activity covers Pre-Training cum Placement activities, Summer Training and Final Placement. This placement cell identifies and maintains the company databases and organizes guest lectures, seminars and campus interviews.
Pre-training activity provide an opportunity to the corporate to recruit the prospective young professionals for placement. Organizations make presentations about the job description, package, scope of growth etc.
The students are given an opportunity to test out the theoretical concepts learn in the classroom. The summer project gives the exposure of working of a real organization.
