JVWU Placement Process & Placement Cell

The Placement process at JVWU begins in the final year of the student’s course. The students need to register themselves with the placement cell and create a corporate portfolio of the students. Only the students registered with the placement cell are identified as students who need placement assistance.

The training and placement cell then help the students in developing their communication skills and personality. They are also provided with mentors as a part of their pre-placement activity. These mentors guide them and provide career assistance to the students. 

The training and placement cell also has a team of placement coordinators who operate as the link between the recruiters/companies and the Institution. The members of this team are faculty members of various departments who have connections in the industry of their own fields. 

The final phase of the placement process involves personal interviews and a one-on-one session between the company and the students where the students get a chance to show them their capabilities.
