The LBSIM Delhi, officially known as Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, has lived up to its distinguished heritage by conducting yet another fruitful placement season for the 2020–22 class. The placement season got off to a strong start despite the terrible conditions brought on by the Covid-19 outbreak. While the institute is still running its placement campaign through November 2021 for the class of 2022, 70% of the class has already been placed. More than 52 companies have participated in the Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management placement drive so far, 20% of which were new recruiters. The LBSIM Delhi highest CTC was Rs 25.91 LPA, and the average CTC was Rs 11.3 LPA.

In 2021, almost 86 organizations took part in the placement drive and made 290+ offers in the most competitive industries, including finance, sales and marketing, general management, human resources, and many more. Numerous first-time employers including Microsoft, Phonepe, and Barclays have provided employment possibilities for LBSIM students. During the 2021 LBSIM placement drive, the maximum CTC and average CTC were Rs. 32 LPA and Rs. 9.6 LPA, respectively. Additionally, there was a 20% increase in pre-placement offers from major companies including Microsoft, Marsh India, and Marico.  For the cohort 2020–2022, more than 60 businesses offered internship possibilities, and the institute has already completed its summer internship placement campaign. The highest monthly stipend was Rs 96.5k, while the average was Rs 19.5k.

The 2021 LBSIM Delhi placement campaign resulted in more than 310 offers being extended to 292 students by over 86 recruiters. Every applicant has been accepted and placed by the institute. In the 2021 placement drive, the maximum CTC was Rs 32 LPA, while the average CTC was Rs 9.6 LPA. Pre-placement offers grew by 20%, and some of the top recruiters, including Microsoft, Capgemini, Class Plus, and HCL, participated in the placement drive. First-time recruiter involvement increased by 40%.
