No I don't believe Magadh Mahila College Patna provides BCA programme. If you are looking for a good college to do your BCA I can suggest a college from where my friend did her BCA in 2019. It was from her I gathered that this university LPU provides a wide scope of learning. Bachelor in Computer Application (BCA) is one of the popular courses among the students who want to make their career in the IT (Information Technology) field. Looking into the current trend and incline of the corporate giants there is a huge market for BCA in job industry. Taking the review of LPU I found promising features about the university.
