The DSPMU Ranchi placement and training cell was formed with the goal of meeting the training and placement needs of students enrolled in various programmes at the college. The DSPMU placement process includes various placement activities that help the students in preparing for Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University recruitments.

Students are given mock/practice tests to examine both general aptitude and technical skills. Mock interviews are frequently organised and guided by senior faculty from DSPMU who encourage as well as assist with theDSPMU Ranchi placement process.

Registration - Candidates interested in participating in the placement drive are invited to register with the DSPMU placement cell and provide all required documentation.

Group discussion - Candidates who pass the above-mentioned tests must participate in the group discussion and voice their ideas on a specific topic assigned by the recruiters.

Personal interview - As we approach the final stage of the Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University Ranchi selection process, candidates who have passed all of the tests and group discussions are chosen for the personal interview, where they are judged on their communication and presentation skills, as well as their soft skills, and it is determined whether the candidate is suitable for the job or not.
