Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya (KSV) wish to make under-graduate and post graduate programmes more relevant to the industry’s requirement. Today industry needs ready crop and deploy the studnts directly on tasks. Gone are those days when industry used to spend lot on employee trainning. Due to fierce competition and margin pressure industry want efficient employee directly available from campus drive. KSV want strong linkage with the industry. As a result of this KSV has formed Industry Institute Interaction cell (III-C).

At Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya the University runs Incubation centre for developing and promoting unprecedented ideas and thoughts. The centre also has tie-up with five Management Consultants of Ahmedabad for getting industry define problems (IDP).
For replicating industry processes the University has established Simulation centre where each discipline may have 20 real-life processes for students to earn and practice. Broadly the real life processes comprises of Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, Para medical and others. So Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya has leverage of III-C with two more centres of excellence i.e. Simulation, Incubation.
Placement is the most alluring aspect for any Management Institute. S. V. Institute of management has an integrated Placement Cell completely dedicated for providing properplatform to the students to fetch a perfect job fit based on their talent. ‘Final Placement 2015-16’ acknowledged companiesfrom different sectors and industries participating in the campus placement drive at SVIM. Among this year’s 65 companies FMCG, Telecommunications, Engineering, Financial Services, Reality & Construction, IT, Pharma,Consumer Durables, Publishing House, Microfinance, Retail, Media & Entertainment,Banking, Hotel & Consultancy firms are the major recruiters. Annual pay package ranges from 1.3 Lac to 4.9 Lac, whereas the average pay of the batch is 2.00 lac p.a.
