The objective of placemnt cell is to Ensure that there is consistency and Quality in the management and administration of placement process in the College, See that placement process achieve its educational outcomes, repare the final placement requirement list, Be a facilitator of the recruitment process, Chalk out plans to enhance employability of the students, Implement programmes to develop competencies among students for placements, Enable placements for all students participating in the process, Strengthen relationships with Recruiters, Get more companies to SBSDC, Fulfill talent requirements for recruiting companies, Manage a streamlined Placement process, considering interests of the Recruiters, Students and the Institution, See that the health and safety of students are not exposed to any risk by activities undertaken during placement, Ensure that SBSDC is not made liable for any conduct by either a student or placement supervisor during an external placement and Create awareness among the 1st,2nd and 3rd year students about placements.
