SFIMAR Mumbai Placements 2023 - Average & Highest Package, Percentage

The Career Management Centre (CMC) at St. Francis Institute of Management & Research is the liaison between highly diverse talent pool of students, alumni, and employers. The main purpose of the CMC is to assist students who participate in the institute's management education programme in advancing their professional careers. CMC helps students secure two-month summer internships (May and June each year). It coordinates with recruitment companies to undertake SFIMAR Mumbai placement for students. All students enrolled in the management programmes at the institute are the focus of the CMC, which strives to attain 100% summer internship and SFIMAR final placement.

The SFIMAR placement team assists the students with various activities starting in semester I and continuing throughout the First and Second Years. The students are exposed to industry professionals who educate them and sharpen their abilities in accordance with market demands. Before beginning the St. Francis Institute of Management & Research placement process, the students are also given access to specialised courses and aptitude exams to hone their logical and analytical abilities. In order to help the students prepare for the final interviews, mock group discussions and individual interviews are also done.
