SVNIT Surat Placement Process

SVNIT Surat placements for final-year students begin at the start of the academic year. In June-July, an invitation is sent out to recruiters. A requisition form is sent with the invitation to request the company's profile and details. After receiving the firms' willingness, they are prioritised, and a timetable is created, along with a merit list of students who are interested.

A corporation is invited to visit the institution on an agreed day to perform pre-placement talks, exams, and interviews before selecting the applicants. SVNIT Surat placement process includes a dedicated industrial training that helps students in gaining professional experience.

NIT Surat training and placement section assists students in obtaining internships at various top-tier corporations. SVNIT Surat B.Tech third-year students must do a maximum of eight weeks of internship over their summer vacation and M.Tech students must complete a maximum of one year of dissertation work during their second year.
