XIMB Bhubaneswar placement 2022 has been conducted successfully. XIMB placements have witnessed commendable results in Xuberance’22 for the MBA-BM batch of 2020-2022. This year with an average of Rs 17.54 Lakhs P.A., XIMB has successfully placed all the students.
In terms of intake, the highest number of recruitments were made in the consulting sector (41%), followed by System (18%), BFSI (18%), Marketing (14%), and General Management, Strategy and Operations (9%). The final placement process for the batch of 2016-18 at Xavier Institute of Management has been concluded recently. The placement for MBA (Business Management) students of 2015-17 batch at Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB) has concluded. XIMB achieved 100% placement this year. The highest package also increased as compared to previous year.The highest salary offered this year was Rs. 21 lakh per annum whereas it was Rs. 20 lakh last year. The average package offered this year stands at Rs. 13.18 lakh per annum.
