Located in the city of Mohali, Punjab, Quest Group of Institutions, also known as QGI, Punjab, is a private institution founded in 2009. How to Fill Quest Group of Institutions Application Form?

Students can fill the application form in hard copy after taking it from the Institute campus or fill it out online on the institute's official website. Students must keep their documents ready while filling the form to avoid any manual errors as this might lead to application rejection while verification of the documents. In the case of the online application, if students have any doubt in a section then they can contact the Institute admission cell via call or email and they will respond soon.

Interested candidates have to apply online for admission to the various programs through their official website. The applicants must select the concerned course while filling out the Quest Group of Institutions application form and payment of the application fee can be made in both online and offline modes.

The steps to apply are given below: -

• Under the Admissions option click on “Online Admission Registration”.
• Fill up the application form with authentic academic and personal details.
• Select the course you are interested in.
• Pay the application fee through Online Banking, Credit/Debit Card, Demand Draft/Cheque

Walk-in Inquiries

Students or candidates who want to see admission in any department can walk into the admission cell situated on the campus and take the Quest Group of Institutions application form. The form can be submitted to the admission office and a nominal application fee of INR 1000 is to be paid while submitting the form which can be paid by credit/debit card, net banking or through UPI as well and if the candidate is shortlisted, they will be reached out via phone or email by the admission team. The candidate will be given an acknowledgment receipt upon successful acceptance of the application form.

Online Application

Since the onset of the corona pandemic, most of the Quest Group of Institutions admission process is now online, and candidate can submit their application via the official link and pay the application fee of INR 1000 via net banking, through credit/debit cards or even UPI system as well. The list of needed documents should also be uploaded on the same site by the candidate. Once the application is sent the candidate would receive an acknowledgment through email and via message as well.

The QGI Mohali Placement Cell places great emphasis on strengthening Industry-Institute collaboration. Their goal is to participate in the development of student work by building strong skills and competencies and maintaining relationships with key employees. The Placement Cell oversees the following important student activities:

The QCI Placement Cell adheres to the transparency policy and extends the invitation to companies interested in hiring their students. Companies then submit their letter of recommendation/answer sheet and the date of the campus visit is set taking into account the interests of all parties involved.

The Placement cell of the institute takes charge of the student's future and makes sure that every student can procure a job in the relevant field and also receives good remuneration. The Placement cell organizes orientations, training sessions and workshops for the students to train them in the interview process and help them achieve their career goals. This makes students' lives easier and the chances of them getting a campus placement increase by a high margin. The highest package a student was able to procure in recent years was 17 LPA which was offered to students from the Campus Placement only.

Quest Group of institutions has signed an MoU with Bajaj Finserv to impart free cost training to its students in Banking & Mutual Fund Industry. The students are professionally trained in Financial Markets in India as per the NISM VA curriculum and are provided with Professional Finance certification, thus making them Industry-ready as this certification is mandatory for getting recruited in these industries. Aptitude training & Technical skills training is also imparted to prepare our students for exams conducted by top corporates like TCS, Infosys, etc. 

• SC/ST students are provided benefits under Post Matric Scholarship Scheme as per the regulations of the respective State Govt*.

• SC/ST students (Residents of Punjab) eligible under the Post Matric Scheme of Govt. of India, shall not be charged Tuition Fee as per the directions of the Government of Punjab.
• SC/ST students from other states are also offered the benefit of Post Matric Scholarship

• Annual parental income should be less than 2.50 Lacs from all sources.

Mess

The hostel building has a separate restaurant for hostel residents. This Quest Group of Institutions mess has a separate dining hall and well-appointed kitchen, catering to the general needs of most students. The mess offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and daily dinner and a weekly menu are available with the mess in-charge. The food served is of high quality and meets the nutritional quality standards. Therefore, it is committed to providing the highest quality computer services. 1Gbps high fiber optical network with dual ISPs allows all students to access a range of services throughout our campus including student hostels with more than 200 access points.

IT policy applies to services managed by administrative departments such as libraries, Computer labs, Institutional Offices, Hostels and Guest Houses wherever the network location is provided by the Center. In addition, all faculty, students, staff, departments, accredited guests / visiting professionals and others may be licensed to use IT Infrastructure and must comply with the guidelines.

Different college clubs and organizations organize activities that go above and beyond the traditional course curriculum all year long. For these Quest Group of Institutions clubs, it's all about promoting the unique creative energy that each student has within them. Co-academic and cultural activities, such as poster contest, poetry symposiums, debates, skits, and choreographies, are organized by practically all of the departments to help students improve and redefine their identity.
