Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering (RSCE) proffers BE in CSE, Civil, Mechanical, MBA, MCA courses. Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering also referred to as RSCOE, was established in the year 2001 in Pune under Jaywant Shikshan Prasarak Mandal (JSPM). Jayawant Shikshan Prasarak Mandal (JSPM) was established in 1998 with the objective of creating centers of excellence for education in the field of Engineering, Medical, Pharmacy, Management, computers etc. This is by the vision of Prof. T.J.Sawant, an Electrical Engineer who thinks that, "Development of Techno - entrepreneurial society" is the key to achieve VISION 2020 as perceived by our Former PRESIDENT of India Dr Abdul Kalam. The college is affiliated with the Pune University and is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The college commenced its journey with just three courses and a student population of 150. But in the span of only 11 years, RSCOE now conducts several courses catering to about 700 students per year. The college wishes to prepare the students to face global challenges maintaining their high moral and ethical standards by providing, nurturing and maintaining an environment of high academic excellence with entrepreneurship and research. The mission of the college is to provide, nurture and maintain an environment of high academic excellence, research and entrepreneurship for all aspiring students which will prepare to face global challenges maintaining high ethical and moral standards.
