AICTE approved Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme

The AICTE approved Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme to provide fee concession to Women, economically backward and physically handicapped meritorious students is implemented in the college. Accordingly students with high academic results and hailing from economically backward families are granted full fee concession. The selection is made purely on the basis of Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination rank list and family income. Presently (in 2010), 140 students are the beneficiaries of this scheme.

When this is fully implemented about 168 students will get the benefit and the estimated contribution by the institution will be over Rs. 2 crores.

Full Fee Waiver Scheme by Management (Scholarships)

The management offers full fee waiver for meritorious students who secure ranks up to 3000 and admitted in FISAT through Govt. Quota. They have to remit the required fees in the bank as notified by CEE and produce the receipt for refund of the amount. Sustained progress is required to continue in the scheme.

Dear student, Yes there are scholarships available for Muslim girls in FISAT. The following are the scholarships available:

Federal Bank Muslim Girls Scholarship: This scholarship is offered by the Federal Bank Officers' Association Educational Trust to Muslim girls who are studying in FISAT. The scholarship is awarded on the basis of merit and financial need. The amount of the scholarship is Rs 10,000 per year.
Muslim Educational Society Scholarship: This scholarship is offered by the Muslim Educational Society to Muslim girls who are studying in FISAT. The scholarship is awarded on the basis of merit and financial need. The amount of the scholarship is Rs 5,000 per year.
Kerala State Minority Development Finance Corporation Scholarship: This scholarship is offered by the Kerala State Minority Development Finance Corporation to Muslim girls who are studying in FISAT. The scholarship is awarded on the basis of merit and financial need. The amount of the scholarship is Rs 2,000 per year.
