It is with great pride that SIGMA announce that the “SIGMA GROUP OF INSTITUTES” had arranged a successful job fair for with collaboration of BOAT (Board of Apprentice and Training) on 29th January 2016. In this job fair more than 30 Gujarat’s well-known companies participated, in which approximately 400 Graduate and Diploma pass outs in Engineering/Technology/pharmacy registered for placements from different colleges and more than 150 students get shortlisted in different companies. “SIGMA GROUP OF INSTITUTES” offered a platform for the pass out students of year 2015 and we promise to organise a job fair in future to provide a better opportunity in the field of engineering, technology and pharmacy.

The Board of Apprenticeship Training is an autonomous organization under Min. of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India established with the sole aim of improving the capability of fresh Engineers through one year 'on the job training' in actual working environment as Graduate / Technician/ Technician (Vocational) apprentices under the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961 amended in 1973 & 1986. Govt. of India, has established four such Boards of Apprenticeship/Practical Training catering to the needs of four regions of India. These Boards are located at Mumbai in Western Region, Kanpur in Northern Region, Kolkatta in Eastern Region, and Chennai in Southern Region.
