SIT’s main campus is located at 133 Tay Street, Invercargill.College campus facilities include a student gym, bookshop cafe, and support services such as a health nurse, counselor, learning assistance centre, disability liaison. The ‘SIT Downtown’ campus complex located on Don Street houses our Art, Design, Photography, Film, Animation, Music, Audio and Fashion students and encompasses the Centrestage Theatre, Fashion Boutique, Vault Cafe and two public art galleries. Student life in Invercargill is well established, and the city is a safe and welcoming environment for work, study and play. With around 13,000 students on campus in Invercargill, SIT is big enough to offer variety and a true student culture, yet has small class sizes ensuring plenty of hands-on experience and the opportunity to make great friends.
