Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning is a Deemed to be University also known as Sri Sathya sai University is an institution for higher education founded by Saint Sri Sathya Sai Baba with a mission to provide free education to students. The institute was established in 1981 to foster the culture of India and promote in the students and teachers awareness and understanding of the social needs of the country; with special focus to the needs of the rural population.
SSSIHL is AICTE approved and as per NIRF ranking, the university was ranked 92 among all the universities in India. This university is recognized by UGC and also accredited by NAAC. The overall rank of the institute is 431. Sri Sathya Institute of Higher Learning offers free education to all the students at all levels. This includes the waiver of all kinds of fee like tuition fee, examination fee, laboratory fee, library fee, sports fee, medical fee, etc. However, nominal mess charges towards food and a refundable caution deposit must be paid.
SSSIHL Andhra Pradesh offers various UG, PG and professional courses for both men and women separately such as for women candidates SSSIHL UG courses include B.A, B.Com. (Hons.), B.Sc, B.Sc (Hons.) Likewise, PG programs are M.A., M.Sc. and professional programs like B.Ed., M.B.A. Next, for men candidates UG programs are B.A. (Hons.), B.A., B.Com. (Hons.), B.Sc.(Hons.). PG programs are M.A. M.Sc. and the professional programs are M.B.A., M.Tech. Moreover, this institution offers Ph.D. programs for both men and women.
