What’s New at TAPMI Manipal?

As per the latest TAPMI MBA admission notifications 2023, the registration for CAT 2023 is now available at iimcat.ac.in. The deadline for CAT 2023 registration is September 13, 2023. On October 25, 2023, the CAT 2023 admit card will be made available for download. The CAT 2023 examination will take place on November 26, 2023.

TAPMI Manipal Admissions 2023 Important Dates for CAT

The TA Pai Management Institute, or TAPMI, was established in 1980 in Manipal. The institute has received accreditations from the Association of MBAs (AMBA) and the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). TAPMI is ranked among the top 20 B-schools in India. In 2021, the institute was merged with the Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) Trust. TAPMI Manipal is a participant in a United Nations-supported initiative known as Principles of Responsible Management Education (PRME). All TAPMI PG courses are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and recognised by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

There are five TAPMI courses offered at the postgraduate level, namely MBA, MBA in Banking and Financial Services, MBA in Human Resource Management, MBA in Marketing, and MBA in International Business. The TAPMI MBA and MBA - BKFS are also accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). TAPMI admissions are offered to these courses on the basis of scores obtained in CAT, XAT, GMAT, or NMAT. Shortlisted candidates are then called for group discussion and personal interview.

As per the TAPMI placement statistics of 2023, over 101 companies participated in the placement drive. Approximately 388 students got placed out of the 392 that had registered for the TAPMI placements 2023. During the TAPMI Manipal placements, the highest salary package offered was Rs 25.6 LPA. Some of the top recruiters are Infosys, TATA Capital, KPMG, Paytm, Titan etc.

The TAPMI course list includes five courses at the PG level in various specialisations such as MBA, MBA in Banking and Financial Services, MBA in Human Resource Management, MBA in Marketing, and MBA in International Business. The TAPMI MBA courses have a two year duration divided into three trimesters. MBA aspirants must fulfil the TAPMI eligibility criteria before applying for the course. Candidates must have a graduate degree with a minimum of 50% marks. Final year students can also apply for TAPMI MBA courses. The TAPMI MBA fees is Rs 8.25 lakh per annum. • As per the TAPMI Manipal admission process, candidates must first ensure that they fulfil the required eligibility criteria before applying.
• Eligible candidates have to appear for the CAT, XAT, GMAT or NMAT and secure qualifying marks.
• Qualified candidates will be selected for group discussion and personal interview
• Final selection will be made on the basis of the candidates performance in entrance test and GD-PI, past academic records, and other extracurricular activities.

How to Register for the CAT Exam?

There are three steps to registering for the CAT 2023 exam. Candidates must complete all steps in order to apply successfully. The following are the stages of CAT 2023 registration:

• First aspirants must create login credentials.
• Filling up the academic details in the application for CAT 2023.
• Lastly, aspirants must pay CAT 2023 registration fee.

According to the TAPMI placement 2023 reports, a total of 101 recruiting companies visited during the placement drive, and 388 of 392 students got successful placements. During the TAPMI placement drive, the highest salary package offered was Rs 25.6 LPA and the average salary was Rs 12.5 LPA. Some of the top recruiters that were a part of the TAPMI placement process 2023 were, HDFC Bank, Cognizant, Infosys, Titan, Capgemini, Deloitte among others
