To be eligible for the Ph.D. (Doctor of Philosophy) degree program at The ICFAI University, Dehradun, candidates must possess a Master's degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university. Additionally, they should have secured a minimum of 55% marks in their postgraduate studies. Candidates with a professional qualification such as CA/ICWA/CS with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks are also eligible. Furthermore, applicants need to qualify in the ICFAI Research Aptitude Test (IRAT) conducted by the university. Those who have qualified in UGC NET/JRF, CAT/GMAT, or any other national-level entrance exam are exempted from IRAT.
