Vocational Courses Syllabus & Subjects 2023

Vocational Courses Syllabus & Subjects Overview

Vocational courses prepare people for jobs that demand technical knowledge as well as creative or practical abilities. The vocational courses are designed to give students a chance to apply their knowledge in a practical setting. The practical application is supplemented by the academic principles of vocational topics. The vocational course syllabus has been supervised in a way that makes it easier for candidates to find employment in their selected industry. The two-year M.Voc. and three-year B.Voc. programmes are meant to transmit practical knowledge rather than purely theoretical understanding. The vocational course subjects include economics, business, management, finance, aptitude, mathematics, entrepreneurship, etc.

The vocational course semester-based curriculum has been created to increase students' comprehension of the topic as a whole and expand their general knowledge. Both classroom training and hands-on lab sessions are included in the vocational courses in order to help students better understand issues linked to advanced approaches. The vocational course is divided into two sections: general knowledge and skill building. The vocational courses were created with the national occupational requirements in mind and consist of 40% theory and 60% skill development.

Vocational courses are training-based programmes that allow learners to master the skills required for a certain vocation. These programmes are often non-academic and are exclusively focused on a certain trade, career, or occupation. Vocational courses are designed to provide application-based learning in which theoretical aspects are not studied independently.
