AP EAMCET 2020 Results are expected to be declared in the first week of June, and the students then have to brace themselves for the AP EAMCET counselling process 2020. Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) will start the AP EAMCET 2020 certificate verification process from first week of July onwards (tentative). The registration for AP EAMCET counselling 2020 is expected to begin from June 2020 last week onwards (expected). The counselling and seat allotment procedure for B.Tech, B.Pharma, and Agriculture admissions will be done on the basis of the merit and preference of the candidates. The AP EAMCET counselling process will be completely web-based, and one of the new additions in the web-based counselling process is automatic syncing of candidate's documents. AP EAMCET counselling is conducted to fill B.Tech, B.Pharma, B.Sc Agriculture, Bachelors in Fisheries and Horticulture seats in Andhra Pradesh. In order to participate in the AP EAMCET 2020 counselling, qualified candidates have to pay the counselling fees online and submit their documents for verification.

Candidates must also view the list of participating colleges accepting the AP EAMCET 2020 score. With this, they will get an idea about the colleges to which they apply for the counselling session after the declaration of the result. The rank wise certificate verification schedule will be updated here. This year, APSCHE is going to conduct three rounds of counselling process on the basis of AP EAMCET rank/ score. The counselling of AP EAMCET 2020 is fixed after taking JoSAA admission dates into the account.
After qualifying AP EAMCET, the candidates will have to participate in the counselling process. Step 1: Registration
APSCHE has created a separate website for AP EAMCET counselling, and the candidates must visit the official website to complete the registration process.
For AP EAMCET 2020, qualified candidates must report to any one of the Help Line Centers, according to the prescribed schedule, along with the AP EAMCET 2020 counselling fee.
There will be a counselling fee of INR 1200 (For OC/BC) and INR 600 (For SC/ST). The counselling fee of AP EAMCET 2020 can be paid only through online mode via Debit card/ Credit card/ NetBanking.

Step 2: Verification of Certificates
The next step after registration is the verification of the certificates. Candidates need to submit their certificates and registration-cum-verification-form to the verification officer. It is advisable to verify all the details printed on receipt of certificates and affix the Signature and collect the same from the Chief Verification Officer. Candidates must remember that the certificates submitted must be correct and in the order prescribed by the concerned authority. The ones not following the prescribed norms will face a delayed process as they will be asked to re-arrange the documents as has been defined. It is also important to submit the right documents as fake or wrong documents might lead to the cancellation of the candidature.
Online Certificate Verification: This year, APSCHE has introduced online certificate verification for AP EAMCET counselling. After the registration for AP EAMCET counselling on its official website, candidates will see a statement that indicates 'Candidate is eligible for exercising options'. Such candidates need not visit the helpline centre for certificate verification. The certificates of these candidates are verified online, and these candidates can directly proceed with web options on the stipulated dates.
Offline Certificate Verification: After registering for AP EAMCET counselling on its official website, the candidates will see a statement that indicates 'Candidate is not eligible for exercising options'. Such candidates will have to visit the nearest helpline centre for document verification. The facility to exercise options will open only after the certificates of concerned candidates are verified by the competent authorities.
Step 3: Choice Filling
Candidates will have to fill the choice of their courses and colleges according to their preferences after the document verification process is over. To proceed further, candidates will have to enter their choices online by visiting the official website and logging into their account. After filling the preferred choices, candidates will have to lock their filled choices and take a print copy of it for further use. It is important for the candidates to clearly choose and fill their choices as after the submission of the form no changes shall be entertained or accepted by the concerned authorities. The choices once locked won't be changed.
Step 4: AP EAMCET Seat Allotment 2020
The allotment of the seats will be done by the admission authority of AP EAMCET 2020 on the basis of candidate’s category, merit, gender, local area, special reservation category, etc. For seat allotment purposes, candidates will have to download their allotment by logging into their account. The seat allotment will be done after the completion of the rounds of the counselling process. With the completion of each round, a list of allotment will be declared for the candidates. As each AP EAMCET seat allotment list gets declared, a separate list consisting of the total number of seats left, the number of seats occupied and the total number of seats reported will also be declared. A list with the name of participating institution and place of the institution will also release.
Step 5: Reporting at the Allotted Centre
After the seat allotment procedure is over, qualified candidates will have to report to the allotted centre for seat confirmation. It must be noted that if any candidate fails to report at the allotted centre, then his/her seat will be cancelled and he/she will have no claim for further allotment of seats. After the closure of the final reporting, no candidate will be entertained for claiming the seat.

At the time of certificate verification and admission, candidates must bring the following documents (in original) and 2 sets of photocopies:
10th class mark sheet and passing certificate
The intermediate or equivalent exam mark sheet and passing certificate
Study/Bonafide Certificate from class III to X and Intermediate (10+2)
PH/NCC/CAP/Sports Certificates (if applicable)
Caste certificate (if belong to any reserved category)
Receipt of certificates at Help-line Centres after verification.
Residence certificate of either of the parents
The AP EAMCET 2020 seat reservation will be based on the reservation policy as prescribed by the Government of India and the exam conducting authority of AP EAMCET. The participating colleges of AP EAMCET might also come up with separate reservation norms defined for a selective group of candidates. This will ensure a certain percentage of the total seats reserved for the candidates falling under the reserved categories. Counselling of such applicants might also take place separately considering the eligibility requirement defined by the concerned authorities.
With the reservation policy, there will be an equal stand for candidates belonging to every section or strata of the society. Reservation is not only given to the candidates of deprived sections but it is also given on the basis of the gender of the aspirants. Applicants will get equal opportunity to learn and gain knowledge to become a professional of their choice. Almost every institution follows the reservation criteria and gives admission to the candidates falling under the reserved categories.
