AP ECET 2024 application form was released on March 15, 2024 by JNTU Anantapur in the online mode. The last date to fill the application form of AP ECET 2024 without a late fee is April 15, 2024. Candidates can also submit their application form by paying a late fee of Rs 500, Rs 2000 and Rs 5000 till April 22, 29 and May 5, 2024 respectively. Candidates meeting the AP ECET Eligibility Criteria 2024 laid down by the authorities will be able to apply for the upcoming examination. AP ECET 2024 Registration involves multiple stages, starting from online registration and fee payment to application form fill-up and document uploading and finally, submission of the registration form. AP ECET 2024 Application Fee

The first step in the AP ECET registration process is paying the application fee and knowing the status of your payment. Candidates are permitted to proceed with the form-filling process only after their payment status is updated. The AP ECET 2024 application fee is mentioned in the table below and the same can be paid through online mode (Debit/Credit Card, Net banking). 

Details Required to Fill AP ECET 2024 Application Form

While filling up the AP ECET Application Form 2024, candidates are required to input certain information such as personal, academic, and contact details as well as upload relevant documents. The documents that need to be uploaded online with the registration form are listed below - 

• Qualifying examination (Diploma or Degree) hall ticket number

• SSC or Class 10 hall ticket number

• Place of study from class 6 onwards

• Caste category - Mee Seva number

• Income certificate - Mee Seva certificate number

• Ration card of the family

• Aadhar Card details

Note: Aadhar card is mandatory for AP ECET Registration Form 2024

While uploading the necessary documents in the AP ECET Application Form 2024, candidates must ensure that scanned images of photographs and signatures are shared as per the below specifications outlined by the authorities. Otherwise, the application form may be rejected. 

Procedure to Fill Out AP ECET Application Form 2024

Candidates can complete the application process after going through all the instructions mentioned in the AP ECET 2024Information Brochure. It must be noted that the application form for AP ECET 2024 can only be filled out and submitted online. There is no other way of submitting the AP ECET Registration Form 2024. 

Candidates must follow the steps mentioned below to apply for AP ECET 2024 -

Each of these steps is explained in detail below - 

Step 1: Fee Payment

• Visit the official website of AP ECET - cets.apsche.ap.gov.in

• Click on the 'Fee Payment' tab available on the homepage

• Open the payment page on the screen

• Fill in all the mandatory details, such as the Candidate’s name, DOB, qualifying exam hall ticket number, email ID, mobile number etc. 

• Click on the ‘Initiate Payment’ button to get redirected to the payment gateway

• Select your preferred payment option - Debit card/Credit card/Net banking

• Once the payment is completed, a ‘Payment ID’ will be generated along with a ‘Transaction is Successful’ message.

• Note down your Payment ID and proceed to fill out the AP ECET 2024 Application Form

Step 2: Knowing AP ECET Application Form 2024 Status

• You may check your application status by navigating to the 'Know Your Status' tab on the website 

• Here you will have to enter your mobile number and the hall ticket number for the qualifying examination 

• Click on the button saying 'Check Payment Status' to view the status

Step 3:Filling Out AP ECET 2024 Application Form

• Start filling out the application form by clicking on the tab highlighting 'Fill Application (only after fee payment)’

• Enter the payment reference ID, qualifying examination hall ticket number, and mobile number along with the DOB and then click on ‘Proceed to Fill Application’.

• Fill in the details such as qualifying examination (diploma or degree), SSC or 10th class hall ticket number,  hall ticket number, caste category, ration card number, Aadhaar card number etc in the application form.

• Submit the form by clicking on the ‘Save’ or ‘Preview/Submit’ button

• Upload the passport-size photograph as per the size standards in .jpg or .jpeg format i.e. Passport-size Photograph (not exceeding 50kb) and Signature (not exceeding 30KB).

Step 4: Printing the Application Form

• Print a copy of the AP ECET Application Form 2024 after successful submission 

• Proceed to the 'Print Application Form' option 

• Fill in the required details like Payment reference ID, qualifying examination hall ticket number, registration number, mobile number and DOB.

• Click on the 'Get Application Details' and take a printout of it

AP ECET Correction Window 2024

All registered candidates will be given access to the AP ECET 2024 Application Form Correction window after the submission of the registration forms. Corrections in the applciation form can be made under Category 1 and Category 2. Category 1 details are those that candidates cannot change, while Category 2 details are those that candidates may change.

• Changes to Category 1 details can be made at the Convener, AP ECET 2024 Office, subject to rigorous verification of the valid documents and Committee approval. Candidates can email the corrections to helpdeskapecet2024@gmail.com along with the documentation to support their corrections.
• Changes to Category 2 in the completed online application form have to be made by the candidate only during the time specified. These changes are not to be accepted in any form at the Test Centers or the convener office.
