Banasthali University Aptitude Test Counselling Process 2018

The counselling of Banasthali University Aptitude Test will be conducted only for female candidates who are willing to get admission in the undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered by the University. Banasthali University Aptitude Test counselling 2018 is likely to commence from the last week of June. On the basis of candidate’s rank in the merit list, she will be called for Banasthali University Aptitude Test counselling 2018.

• The counselling process usually commences after the declaration of results.

• The shortlisted candidates will have to visit the official website of Banasthali University and confirm the date of the counselling.

• The candidates should have clarity on what programme they are going to choose before attending the counselling. However, the candidates will get admission to their desired course as per the marks they secure in the entrance examination for all PG courses.

• For all undergraduate courses, the Merit list is prepared using the scores of the Banasthali University Aptitude Test and the marks obtained in 10+2 or equivalent in the ratio of 50:50.

• Candidates who are allotted seats will have to complete the admission formalities by paying the fees as specified. The admission of a candidate will be cancelled automatically if she does not complete the formalities before the specified date.

Banasthali University Aptitude Test 2018 Counselling Schedule

Documents Required:

Candidates have to attend the counselling with the following documents:

• Original counselling letter as well as a photocopy of counselling letter

• Admit card (both original and photocopy)

• Bank draft is mandatory

• Original and Xerox copies of Class X and Class 12 mark lists and certificates

• Graduation Mark sheet

• Both Rank Card and Hall Ticket of Banasthali University Aptitude Test

• Original Provisional and Degree Certificate

• Those belonging to SC/ST/OBC/Other must submit their Caste or Community Certificate

• The candidates should submit all the medium forms that are mentioned in the Banasthali University application form

• The candidates must also submit 4-5 passport size photographs either coloured or black and white.

• Any other documents mentioned in the application form.
