GBPUAT Application Form 2026: Refund Policy for Fees

The Pantnagar University form fee refund policy adopted by the University states that the program fee paid to secure admission will not be refunded if the candidate succeeds in getting admission. However, a selected candidate willing to cancel his admission during the ongoing procedure will be refunded the university fee per its existing rules.

• Click on the new registration option if not registered already. The students will require a valid email address and mobile number to register for the GBPUAT application form 2026. 

• Read the instructions carefully to avoid any mistakes and click ‘proceed. ’

• After logging in by entering the required credentials, candidates must fill in all personal details and academic details as asked in the GBPUAT application form 2026.

• In the process of admission to university courses, a merit list is prepared based on the student's scores on the entrance test or qualifying exam.

• Students applying for admission to any of the university's courses must meet the university's minimum eligibility requirements as announced at the time of admission.

• Providing incorrect information on the GBPUAT 2026 application form will result in rejection. If a candidate is admitted to the University after providing false information, their admission will be revoked upon discovery of the facts, at the candidate's expense and risk.

• The application, once submitted, cannot be withdrawn, and the GB Pant form fee, once paid, will not be refunded. It will also not be held reserved for any other exam or selection process in the future.
