How to Apply for GEEE 2021

GEEE 2021 Application Form (Released)

The GEEE 2021 application form has been released, and you can register by clicking on the direct link mentioned below. GEEE 2021 application forms will be available on the official website of Galgotias University. For filling the GEEE 2021 application form, candidates should have a registered User ID and password along with a registered mobile number. Forms are to be filled online and no other mode for filling the application form will be allowed. Candidates must carefully read the instructions before filling the form. It is also important for candidates to go through the details of the form and gather the required documents that are to be attached with the form.

Steps to Fill GEEE 2021 Application Form

GEEE Registration

• Log on to the official Galgotias University website.

• Click on the Registration tab.

• Read all the instructions/guidelines carefully.

• Now, select 'Register' and select the B.Tech programme and 3 preferred choices of B.Tech specializations.

Filling the GEEE 2021 Application Form

• After registration and selection of B.Tech specialisations, candidates are required to fill in personal and educational details in the GEEE 2021 application form.

• Personal Details: Enter details such as Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Aadhaar Number, father's name, mother's name, their profession, and mobile number.  

• Communication Details: Enter a valid mobile number and email ID to receive information from the university.

• Permanent and Present Address Details: Enter both addresses, Present and Permanent along with the name of the city, state and pin code.

• Educational Details: Select Yes or No for the question 'Are you appearing in XII this year?'

• Next, enter the 10th and 12th class details like name of the school, stream, board, roll number, marks secured and passing year.

• PCM Details: Enter subject-wise marks and overall marks

• Other Details: Select Yes or No for the question 'Is there any gap in your studies?'

• Other Entrance Exam Details: Select Yes or No for the question from 'Have you ever appeared in any other Entrance Exam?'

• Select Test City Details: Select 3 preferred cities as exam centres.

Note: After entering all the details, candidates are advised to check whether the details they have entered is correct or not. Candidates can check, revise, edit or update any detail or information mentioned in the application form before submitting the application form. Once the final submission of the GEEE 2021 application form is done, then no changes in the application form can be made.

GEEE 2021 Application Fee Payment

• To complete the process of GEEE 2021 application, candidates have to pay the application fee. Without the payment of the fee, the GEEE 2021 application will not be accepted.

• The application fee for all categories for GEEE 2021 is INR 500/-.

• The options available for the payment of GEEE 2021 application fees are Debit card, Credit card, Net Banking, and Paytm Wallet.

• After successful fee payment, a receipt is generated. Candidates must download that receipt and take a printout of it for future use.

Submission of GEEE 2021 Application

• After the completion of the fee payment process, candidates can submit the application form.

• Once the GEEE 2021 application form is submitted, candidates should take a printout of the application form for future use.

Note:

• Candidates are strictly advised not to share their email ID or Mobile number with any other person involved in the registration process.

• Request for change of Email ID or Mobile number by the candidates is not entertained.

• No hard copies of GEEE 2021 application form are accepted once the process is completed.
